Abstract:
Energy sustainability today is not just about producing more power from renewable sources — it’s about using what we already have more intelligently. In this talk, “Sustainable Energy in the Age of AI: Optimizing Industry and Everyday Life,” we’ll explore how Artificial Intelligence is helping us understand, predict, and reduce energy use across industries and daily life. From smart sensors and data analytics to machine learning models that optimize chemical and manufacturing processes, AI is making our systems more efficient and adaptive. The session brings together ideas from electronics, chemical, and informatics engineering to show how intelligent design and technology can turn sustainability into a practical, data-driven reality.

- Principal Scientist has been received IEI Young Engineers Award 2023-24 in the Aerospace Engineering Division ;
- Principal Scientist received Indo German Industrial fellowship to carry out post-doctoral study at industrial setup in Germany for the period of 12 months i.e. from Nov 2022 to Nov 2023 ;
- Best Poster Award at the First International Conference on Advanced Materials for Power Engineering (ICAMPE-2015) held on December 11-13, 2015 at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala organized by Wroclaw University of Technology,Poland and International Inter University Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (IIUCNN), Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, for the paper entitled ''Study of Optical and Surface characteristics of E-beam deposited TiO2 thin films'' authored by Parinam Sunita, VSRS Praveen Kumar, Mukesh Kumar, P K Rao, Neelam Kumari, Vinod Karar and Amit L. Sharma.
